How to apply:
These stickers have an application tape on top of the graphic. To apply, simply remove the paper back ensuring the vinyl graphic is adhered to the application tape on top at all times.
Once removed you are free to place your sticker where you wish. We recommend marking an area with some masking tape to give you guidance.
The vinyl should stick to most painted surfaces and can be removed if you want to change the room décor in the future. They cannot be re-stuck once removed.
It is recommended that you do not apply stickers to newly plastered and painted walls as this can result in paint loss when removing the stickers.

🤍 Each different sized label is made to a specific width.
🤍 The height of the labels will vary and is dependant on the number of letters in the word.
🤍 For example, a long name with around 7 characters or more will have a shorter height size, but for a name with around 4 characters, the height will be higher (please see images).
🤍 If you have specific height requirements please send us a message!
🤍 We can create the labels to EITHER a specific length or a specific height due to the number of letters in words varying.
Shipping:
📦 We ship both to the UK and internationally using Royal Mail/USPS.
📦 The standard UK service is not tracked, unless you choose to upgrade to a tracked and signed service at checkout.
📦 All US orders will be shipped every FRIDAY using a fully tracked service, so please bear this in mind when viewing dispatch and delivery dates.

Shipping and Tracking
We ship orders to the UK and all other countries except the USA using Royal Mail. This is an untracked service unless an upgrade is purchased at checkout.
All orders to the USA are shipped using USPS and these will be dispatched every Friday. Please bare this in mind when viewing estimated dispatch and delivery days as they will not take this into account.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer a gift wrapping service, however we can offer gift notes in your orders should you select this option.
We pack and ship all orders using recycled or repurposed materials.
Can I change an item on my order?
We permit changes to your order within 12 hours of your purchase.
Why is my tracking not working?
Orders that are shipped using Royal Mail or Royal Mail international standard are not tracked which is why the tracking is unavailable despite Etsy providing a tracking number.
United States Shipping
For United States orders, there will be two tracking numbers provided once shipped.
The first tracking number (UPS) is for the status of the package on its way to our distribution centre in North Carolina.
The second tracking number is the status of the package from the distribution centre on its way to you (this normally gets updated 1-2 days after reaching NC).
